The Prairie Collection - 2024 Wool Blankets - Black and Grey
Raised on our pastures in Southeast Wisconsin, these blankets are made from our sheep's wool. We use only the natural color of their wool, the whites, greys, browns, and blacks, to design a blanket that reflects our farms ethics and inherent beauty.
In spring, our lambs are born in our classic red barn, modernized only with the array of solar panels we use to energize our entire farm. Their mamas, the ewes, are shorn just before everyone heads out to the pastures for the season, returning when the snow falls.
Our Shetland Sheep are known for their fine fleece, meaning soft! These blankets will warm as you use them and they'll be your favorite thing to cozy up with every cool season.
Purchasing one of our blankets supports our small family farm and our conservation efforts. 28 acres of our farmland is planted in pollinator habitat, which is filled with wildflowers, songbirds, and wildlife!
